Level 1
Beginners class, for students new to Yoga, also recommended for those who wish to strengthen the foundation of their practice. This class focuses on proper breathing, body alignment and learning the basic Yoga postures strengthening the lower back, abdominal muscles, legs and upper body. This class promotes balance, flexibility, and stress reduction. Recommended practice at least once a week for a minimum of 3 months before going to the next Level.
Level 2
A slow flowing general class suitable for the advanced beginner. Previous Yoga experience is required. This class combines fundamentals from LEVEL 1 with Sun Salutations A & B, flowing from one pose to the next linked with breath (Vinyasa). Experience an increase in energy and strength. Recommended practice at least twice a week for 3 months before going to the next Level.
Level 3
Vinyasa flow class where more advanced Yoga Asanas are introduced and practiced. The emphasis is on flowing sequences, and using the breath to increase the connection between body, mind, and spirit. Deepen your experience. Recommended practice at least three times a week before going to the next Level.
Restorative class
To reduce stress and increase a sense of well being. Sun Salutations, relaxing postures, Pranayama and Meditation. Previous Yoga experience is required.
Ashtanga vinyasa This is a led class of the primary series as developed by Sri Krishnamacharya and Shri K. Pattabhi Jois from Mysore, India. This is one sequence of Asanas, practiced with a strong focus on (Udijay) breath,
This class is not for beginners.

We focus on chanting Mantra's, accompanied by Harmonium and classical Indian drums. Free of charge.
