About 8 years ago a friend convinced me to join a yogaclass at SvahaYoga.
Somewhere deep inside a flame was ignited without me even being aware of it.
I just had this urge to learn more.
I started to spend more and more time at the studio, becoming aware of the still joy that emerged because of the practise.
As a dive-instructor I travelled the sunny parts of the world, as a result I practised with various amazing teachers all around and immersed in teachertrainings in India, Thailand and at Svaha in Amsterdam.
I connected big time with Yoga-Massage and found my meditation in Anapanasati, a vipasana-method also called mindfulness of breathing.
Yogapractise has become my personal adventure-expedition.
Always a journey, every moment a story and forever a study.
Sharing the practise with others, offering them ways to become more aware of their body, mind and breath is the icing on my yogacake.
My intention is the union of yogalife and citylife, keeping it light, enjoying the challenge while staying connected.
There's no need to be serious, it's a matter of being sincere..
